Tye-dye Shirts

Want  colorful shirts for the summer?

All you need is:

• White plain T-shirt
• Rubber bands
• Dye (different shades) 
 

 

How do you make it?

1.  Fold the T-shirt in a sphere
2. Wrap three rubber bands around it creating a nanagon.
3. Color each sector with a different shade.
4. Dry it out for 4 hours
5. Remove the rubber bands and wash away the extra paint.
6. Leave it to dry. VOILA!! You're ready for summer. 

Floral Frames

Who knew egg trays would be so useful to make beautiful frames for decor?

All you need is:

• Carton egg trays
• Scissors
• Paint
• Frame
• A picture or a mirror   

BUTTERFLIES WALL DECOR

 

All you need for this beautiful room design are

• Butterfly cut-outs
• Double-sided tape 
• Black solid paper
• Scissors 
• A white pencil

 Try sticking them on the wall behind the side table or a cabinet,

  DIY Canvas

For our first tutorial, we opted for a simple DIY canvas art.

All you need is:  

·        a canvas
·        spray paint
·        doilies (Of various size and shapes)

How do I do it?

•       Lay your canvas on your painting drop cloth.  Arrange your doilies how you’d like them.

• Tips & Tricks: Use spray adhesive to hold the doilies on the canvas if you’re afraid they won’t stay in place.
•      Once your doilies are in place, grab your spray paint and spray away!  Make sure and give that canvas a really good coating!

•         Now wait about 10 seconds, because that’s probably all you’re going to be able to wait if you’re as impatient as me.  LOL!
•       CAREFULLY pull off the doilies… and VOILA!  You have an awesome piece of art.  Easiest tutorial thus far I think.  Huge impact?  YOU BET!
